Long long time ago, there was this girl called jacilyn who was sold to the palace as a slave at the age of 7. In there, many trainings were carried out to groom her on what to do and what not to do in the palace. When she finally finished all her trainings in the castle, she's ready to serve the kings and queens.
She worked hard as a servant, thinking that hard work will DEFINITELY pay off one day. She mopped the whole palace alone every time, with the rest of the servants there enjoying their tea and coffee. She doesn't mind thinking that if everyone is happy, it’s worth the effort.
During lunch/dinner with the kings and queens, they will praise ALL servants for their good job in maintaining the castle.
One fine day, Jacilyn fell ill. She was so weak that she couldn't even stand properly. She told the rest of the servant if they mind helping her do the housework. Weird expressions were seen on their faces. Is this my job? Why should we help you? Eventually, Jacilyn managed to persuade them but she knows that they are half hearted.
While on her bed resting, many things came to her mind. She is just too soft hearted. She felt that she has not been rewarded according to the effort that she put in. She told herself that once she wakes up, she will hand in the resignation letter to the king after the big feast. No longer will she work like a servant for them. She will start living a life of her own.
